Upcoming Due Dates
Hello Everyone,
It seems that we have reached our busiest time of the year! We have lots of excitement in the middle years end right now with Heritage Fair, Oratory Speeches and Book Reports all due in February and March.
Just a quick update for you all:
At the beginning of the week, we talked as a class about the amount of due dates upcoming. The students and I decided to move the book report date up to February 24th to help aleviate the pressure at the beginining of March.
If you haven't already, check out the outline! I am so excited to see what these projects will look like!

Nelson Mandela
I am sure that all of you have heard about Nelson Mandela passing away last week. He was a man from Aftrica who stood up for education and human rights.
I found an article online, Historical Heroes: Nelson Mandela , created by Rick's Resources which gives a great explanation about who this man was and why he is still important today. Take 5 minutes to educate yourselves about an inspiring historical figure.
