What defines you?
As we begin exploring our online identities and reflecting on the way we represent ourselves, I cannot help but to be concerned with the amount of messaging, negativity and drama that we encounter at every turn. In class, we have talked about leaving the internet a better place than we found it and perpetuating positive ideas.
I am proud to have found a role model who has defied all odds and is using her challenges as a way to achieve a goal that we strive for every day -- creating an environment of kindness and respect.

The Power of One
Happy New Year Everyone!
I hope that you all had a restful and joyful break.
Yesterday, we began to explore our new unit, Environmental Choices. We soon became overwhelmed with the amount of "issues" surrounding Environmental Choices. This morning, I found a picture that I would like to share with you based on yesterday's discussions. The choices that this man made every day may have seemed small at the time, however his actions accumulated to an amazing feat!
Don't underestimate the power that you have to change the world for the better!
